3 Delicious Weight Loss Smoothie Recipes

I definetly saw a difference in how my body felt when I started adding healthier food choices. I mean, you’re confronted to food choices every single day, and in my case, around five times a day! At this rate, having an unhealthy diet can rapidly increase your body fat without even realizing it. That’s why snacking on an apple instead of chips, swapping out cow milk by almond milk or drinking water instead of soda can make a remarkable difference on a daily basis!

You could achieve a better appetite control by chosing key foods not to feel hungry between meals. Those key foods, combined with healthier eating habits (eating whole foods, healthy fats, drinking enough water) and a regular sport practicing, allow you to detoxify and increase weight loss.

Fiber is essential to control weight as it slows down food digestion and it’s a slow sugar source. Our minimum need is between 30g and 40g of fiber every day but, as studies say, we only consume half of our needs.

Mango, Pineapple & Orange smoothie

This smoothie is filled with vitamin C, which has antioxidant properties and will maintain you active during the day. Mango, Pineapple & Orange are full of fiber, water, vitamine A and C. They’re also a good combo for muscle recovery and will keep you hydrated as well.

In a blender, add: 

  • A ripe mango, sliced
  • An orange
  • 1 cup of pineapple slices 
  • 1 cup of water 

Berry Smoothie

Berries are essential to burn fat, as they boost your digestion. They provide you fiber, anti-inflammatory nutrients with a very low amount of fat.

In a blender, add:

  • A handful strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
  • 1 cup of water

Green Smoothie

Apple in here is key: it contains 4g of fiber per fruit, but also pectin, which will maintain your stomach full twice longer. Spinach provide you protein, and very few calories, as well as kiwi.

In a blender, add:

  • A green apple, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • A handful spinach
