Hi guys! Today I’m excited to show you how to make your own healthy bowl. It’s a super fun and easy way to get all your carbs, proteins and vitamins in a single meal. Plus, veggie bowls are super filling and perfect for a healthy summer lunch to take to work.

How to build your own healthy bowl:


Step 1. Choose your carbs: 

  • Quinoa
  • Rice Noodles
  • Sweet potatoes









Step 2. Choose your protein:

  • Chickpeas
  • Mushrooms

Other suggestions: sesame tofu, lentils, beans…




Step 3. Choose your toppings:

  • Carrots
  • Red bell pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Leafy greens

Other suggestions: avocado, asparagus, onions, peanuts…

Step 4. Choose your sauce:

  • Soy sauce
  • ‘Summer Vinaigrette’ : Olive oil, lemon, chive, garlic & salt

Step 5. Get creative
